Clinical Goverance 

Each month there is a governance meeting where the SHOs are expected to present their consultants M&M data (Power Point). All M&M cases should be recorded when they happen so patients are not missed. (Excel M&M database is on the Q drive / Trauma and Orthopaedics / Clinical Governance / M&M database) The presentations should be discussed with consultant / SpR prior to the meeting to ensure their accuracy.
