Local Faculty Group (LFG)

The purpose of the LFG is to allow junior doctors to give feedback on their work experiences and provide positive feedback or concerns which have not been addressed. The LFG feedbacks help inform the trainers which areas of work can be improved on a formal basis. Your LFG representative will collate feedback prior to each meeting and present these to the panel on your behalf. 

 

Areas for feedback include:

• patient safety concerns

• education

• facilities

• work schedules

• continuing professional development 

• harassment/bullying
